We are delighted to hold the 1st Africa Healthcare Federation Summit on October 7th, 2019 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is a unique pan-African platform where key private and public healthcare sector come to together to advance Universal Healthcare Coverage in Africa. We are honored to bring representatives of country healthcare federations, regional healthcare federations, as well as Ministers of Health. The Summit, which will be held under the theme “Integrating Africa: Bridging the Health Gap”, will be followed by a two day Business Symposium, which will be curated by the Africa Health Business (AHBS), making this the 4th annual Symposium that AHBS holds.
At the Summit, this year, we will have dedicated time for each regional federation to present updates. Regional representatives will also have the opportunity to present notable countries and initiatives that advance the private health sector agenda.
Among key dignitaries attending this year will be Dr. Abiy Ahmed, Prime Minister of Ethiopia.
